We believe that the best way to get our co-workers to thrive is to give them options and different paths for development. As a co-worker at Midroc, you have the choice to influence your work. Therefore, we do not have a career staircase that is set in stone, instead you as a co-worker get the opportunity to create your own.

We often work in projects which gives us great variation in our work assignments, and we combine experiences from both senior and junior co-workers in the projects so that we can make the most of all the knowledge in the team. Also, we have our own business school which gives us different tools for dialogue and reflection, education and employeeship days. It gives every co-worker an opportunity for personal development, but it also affects how we work in teams. Everyone who works with us gets a shared foundation to stand on and opportunities for further development as an individual. We believe that this is the best way to encourage commitment, with options.
