We are very proud to be able to offer our employees training in an internal Midroc school where they can develop their leadership and personal abilities as well as their professional skill.

The Midroc Business School classes currently focus on improving leadership - on individual level, on work group level and on company level. Leaders in our organization will become more efficient, find a common language across the Midroc subsidiaries and also be offered a tool box for relationaship handling in their every day work position.

The ambition of Midroc Business School is to be able to offer training also in specific areas like Business Administration, Legal, Welding or any other disicipline that the Midroc subsidiaries request.
